Club dashboard
The club staff overview — snapshot counts, recent members, money collected, status breakdown, and date range presets.

What you see
The club dashboard at Club → Overview gives club staff the org-wide picture without opening individual events. Everyone on staff sees the snapshot and recent members; the money figures are admin-only.
- Snapshot card — current counts of teams, players, parents, and staff across the club. Date-independent (always reflects the current state). Shown to all club staff.
- Recent members — a horizontal strip of the last 10 people who joined any team under the club, with avatar, name, and role. Date-independent. Shown to all club staff.
- Money collected (admin-only) — a 6-month bar chart that breaks revenue down by month, separating payments and registrations so admins can see where dollars came from.
- Status breakdown donuts (admin-only) — two donuts side by side: one for registrations (Pending / Paid / Partial / Not required / Failed), one for payments (Pending / Paid / Partial / Failed). Each uses the brand color rotation (teal / indigo / purple / pink) with a legend.
- Club events calendar (non-admin staff) — staff who aren't admins see a month calendar of the club's events in place of the money and status cards, in the same style as the team dashboard: month navigation plus a day drawer that links out to Club → Schedule.
Date range
The date range controls in the second column drive the Money collected chart and both Status breakdown donuts, so they appear only for admins (who see those cards). Non-admin staff see the club-events calendar in that column instead. (The Snapshot and Recent members cards are date-independent.)

Choose a preset, or pick custom From and To dates — the preset chip switches to Custom when the picked range doesn't match a preset.
Privacy
The dashboard is staff-only — parents and players don't see it; their Household and per-team views are unaffected, and there is no public dashboard URL. Within the dashboard, the money figures (Money collected and the status-breakdown donuts) are admin-only, as is the separate Financials page; non-admin staff see the club-events calendar in that column instead. Drill-in
The cards are summaries — to take action, jump from a card into the relevant section:
- Money or status numbers look off? Open Club → Payments or Club → Registrations to filter, export, or remind.
- A new member should not be there? Open the recent members strip's profile to manage team or household membership.
